IELTS トリビア その12 解答 問題に戻る
- Listening
- Is it good practice for the test to listen to the news ?
- Yes. In Section 2 and 4, there is only one speaker, and so the news has a good amount of formal language plus it is a monologue as well.
- Speaking
- Should I start a conversation with the examiner on the way to the interview room ?
- No. This is not necessary, the examiner will only use what you say in the test for your rating.
- Reading
- Is it good practice for the test to read newspaper articles ?
- Yes. Many IELTS readings are taken from newspaper and magazine articles.
- Writing
- Should I start every sentence with a linking word (such as 'Furthermore' 'In addition' 'However' etc) ?
- No. Linking words are important, but you should not overdo it by starting every sentence with a word or phrase like this.
